BDE - Telesales Marketing
Job Description
1.Identify and explore new business opportunities across various industries and market segments
2.Generate, qualify, and manage leads through multiple channels such as calls, references, and digital platforms
3.Initiate and handle client communication to understand business requirements and pain points
4.Present and explain company products and services in a clear and persuasive manner
5.Assist clients with services such as tender information, tender participation, GeM portal registration, and documentation support
6.Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to move leads through the sales pipeline
7.Convert potential leads into clients through effective communication and negotiation skills
8.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
9.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
10.Track daily activities, client interactions, and sales performance data
11.Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets
12.Stay updated with market trends, tender opportunities, and competitor activities
Roles & Responsibilities
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing effective marketing strategies
1.Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and explain products/services such as Tender Information, Tender Bidding, GeM portal services, and Certification services
2.Aim to increase revenue through outbound and inbound calls
3.Actively generate leads and engage with potential and existing customers to promote products or services
4.Convert leads into customers through telephonic conversations
5.Demonstrate the ability to convince customers to purchase products or services
6.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance data
7.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty
8.Follow the sales script and strategy while also improvising when needed within the telesales role
9.Coordinate with concerned departments to resolve customer queries and complaints
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum
1+ years of experience in sales, telesales, or tender-related work
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
